Richard has more than 30 years’ experience representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice defense. He primarily handles multidefendant cases with significant damages, but has experience handling all types of cases involving allegations of medical negligence.

Richard is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
