Areas of Practice: Medical Malpractice

Maggie joined Law Feehan Adams in November of 2021. Prior to joining Law Feehan Adams, Maggie practiced medical malpractice defense at Serpe Jones Andrews Callender & Bell for approximately eight years. In her 10+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense, Maggie handled all aspects of litigation including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. In addition, Maggie has successfully defended numerous health care providers before their respective licensure boards, including the Texas Board of Nursing, Texas Medical Board, and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. By way of background, prior to law school, Maggie received a B.A. in Psychology at Baylor University, where she was on the Dean’s List. In 2009, Maggie obtained her JD at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She next worked as briefing attorney for Judge Tom Price at the Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin, Texas. In 2011, Maggie obtained an LLM in Health Law at the University of Houston Law Center.

+ Dual Diagnosis Patients in Dire Need of Established Mental Health Court System
Over the years, Maggie has made numerous medical presentations for physicians and nursing
personnel at several HCA facilities, including the Woman’s Hospital of Texas.

Maggie is fully bilingual, Spanish.
